SECURED BY DESIGN APPROVED SECURITY LOUVRED DOORS

Alongside our standard steel and aluminium louvred products, we also manufacture security rated louvred doors. Certified to PAS 24 and Secured by Design approved, TUFF-VENT offers maximum free airflow whilst maintaining strength and security. TUFF-VENT louvred doors are fully CE compliant to BS EN 14351-1 and can be Polyester Powder Coated in our standard range of colours

MAXIMUM AIRFLOW, MAXIMUM STRENGTH

TUFF-VENT louvred doors utilise a standard 2mm galvanised steel louvre vane throughout the construction of the door, welded at every junction for additional strength. This robustness enabled TUFF-VENT to be certified to PAS 24, earning this product Secured by Design accreditation – the official UK Police initiative to ‘design out crime’.

When calculated on a 1000mm x 2100mm over frame door, TUFF-VENT louvred doors achieve a free area of 55%. When based on the area of the louvres only, this equates to 72%.
